How do I find bakers near me on the marketplace?

To find bakers near you on the marketplace, you can follow these steps:

1. Visit the marketplace website and enter your location in the Find Bakers search bar. Click on the search button or tap on the “Find Bakers” option.

2. The marketplace will display a list of bakers near your location, along with their profiles and product offerings.

3. You can further refine your search by applying filters such as availability on certain dates, product category, or whether the bakers offer customized creations or not.

4. Take your time to explore the profiles of different bakers, read customer reviews, and view their product images. You can also click on their profile to view more details and product listings.

5. If you’re satisfied with the baker’s offerings, you can proceed to place an order or request for a quotation for your custom requirements directly through the marketplace.

6. If you’re unable to find bakers near your location, try expanding your search radius or adjusting your preferences.

Can I search for specific types of baked goods or dietary preferences?

Yes, you can definitely search for specific types of baked goods by clicking on the product category icons on the website. As regards to dietary preferences – we do not yet offer a filter on that criteria, however, every time a baker updates their profile to inform us of the dietary restrictions that they are able to cater to, we reflect it in on their storefront and baker card. <<Reference image of baker card and storefront highlighting the dietary restriction section>>

Is it possible to schedule orders in advance based on baker availability?

We understand that you are trying to plan your celebration in advance. We encourage it. All our bakers’ calendars are up to date with their availability. When it comes to custom goods, we encourage you to place orders at least three weeks in advance!

What payment methods are accepted on the platform?

As of now, we accept Credit Cards, Apple Pay, GPay and PayPal on the website. We do use the most trusted third-party payment processor in the industry and hence you do not need to worry about any information leaks.

How are delivery options handled? Do bakers offer delivery services?

Some bakers offer a delivery option and some don’t. Additionally – the delivery radius and charge can vary for each baker who chooses to offer this. All our bakers do offer a pickup option.

Can I provide feedback or reviews for bakers' products and services?

Yes, we encourage customers to leave reviews and provide feedback for the bakers. This helps other customers make informed decisions and allows the bakers to improve their products and services.

Is there a customer support team available to assist with any issues or inquiries?

You will have our personal attention. For any inquiries or concerns please feel free to contact us.

Are there any membership or subscription plans for frequent customers?

We are working on it along with many more exciting things!

Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?

Depending on the specific policies of the baker, you may be able to cancel or modify your order. Please reach out to our customer support team as soon as possible to discuss your options.

How can I track my orders or get updates on their status?

You can simply login to your account and check your order status. At any time if you want more details – you can reach out to the baker (however do know that they may take time to revert since they are baking goodies!).
