Welcome to the Seattle Cake Meet 2025, hosted by ZestyBakers.com and SeattleBakeShop.com! By registering for or attending the event, you agree to the following terms, which incorporate and reference ZestyBakers.com’s general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy available at https://zestybakers.com/terms-of-service/ and https://zestybakers.com/privacy-policy.
1. Event Access
Attendance at the Event is limited to ZestyMembers. A $15 membership provides seasonal access and must be obtained in advance. No on-site or walk-in registration is permitted.
2. Bring a Cake Policy
Each participating member must bring one cake (minimum 6″ diameter) labeled with ingredients and a personal serving utensil. Cakes may be homemade or purchased from a local licensed baker.
3. Optional Cake Purchase
ZestyBakers.com may offer curated cake pickup options via licensed vendors for members who cannot bring a cake. These transactions are not part of the event.
4. Code of Conduct
All attendees must:
- Respect others’ personal space and cakes.
- Avoid distributing food unless it’s their assigned contribution.
- Avoid using Event access to promote external services or products without prior approval.
5. Food Allergen Disclaimer
ZestyBakers.com or SeattleBakeShop.com does not inspect or regulate food brought to the Event. All cakes are presented “as-is.” Attendees with food allergies are advised to exercise extreme caution.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Memberships are non-refundable.
- If the Event is canceled due to weather or park restrictions, members will retain access to future events and offers.
- Cake preorders are handled by vendors; any cancellations or refunds are per vendor policy.
7. Indemnification
By participating, attendees agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZestyBakers.com, its sponsors, and volunteers against any claims arising from injury, illness, or dispute related to the Event.
8. Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Washington State. Any disputes arising will be handled in King County jurisdiction.
