Cancellation Policy

(Note: Every Baker has a seperate cancellation policy)
1. Cancellation Deadline:
Customers are kindly requested to provide notice of cancellation within a specified timeframe before the scheduled pickup or delivery date to [email protected] (Include Order Number and Reason)
2. Refund Percentage:
Refunds will be processed based on the amount of notice given before the cancellation deadline:
- With more than 14 days' notice:
100% refund of order value
- With 8 to 13 days' notice:
100% refund of order value
- With 3 to 7 days' notice:
75% refund of order value
- With less than 2 days' notice:
3. Exceptions:
While we strive to maintain consistency in our policy, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. We reserve the right to make exceptions to our standard cancellation policy on a case-by-case basis, especially in situations involving extenuating circumstances or emergencies.
