My pastries are my passion and I craft every single one of them with precision, love, and, of course, only premium ingredients and the best chocolate out there - Cacao Barry and Callebaut.
​I've loved baking and cooking since I was about 9 years old, but I could never muster the courage to enter the field. When I saw the buzz the modern pastry arts have been creating around the world and tried making some myself, I was in love. I could not take my eyes off the shiny and delectable mirror glaze or those scrumptious bi-color croissants.
Taught by world-renowned pastry chefs such as Dinara Kasko and Amaury Guichon, I specialize in modern European pastry arts such as mousse cakes with the famous mirror-glaze and velvety chocolate velour, tarts, eclairs, and more!

I’m an event planner in Seattle and we purchased 480!!! BEAUTIFUL & DELICIOUS mini mousse cakes from, From V with Love, for our Bridgerton-themed tea parties! The cakes were literally, soooo beautiful and delicious. Val was so accommodating and easy to work within our budget and other needs. She was creative in following the Bridgerton theme and put beautiful (edible) butterflies and/or feathers on the top of each cake. When we presented the cakes to our guests in the middle of the party; they were awestruck! “So beautiful!!” they exclaimed! And they tasted amazing too. I’m biased to the chocolate and red velvet myself. I WILL be hiring/working with Val and From V with Love Cakes again for future parties and HIGHLY recommend her and the company for anyone who needs a beautiful, delicious and one-of-a-kind cake/dessert for any occasion.
I have ordered through Val twice now (first time a full size cake and the second time the minis). On both occasions, both service and product were exceptional. If I wasn’t constantly trying to watch my figure, I’d eat these cakes everyday. Prices are more than reasonable, and worth it. Gifted hands.

I ordered a 100 mini cakes as cake favors from Val for our wedding and was not pleased with the service. She overcharged for boxes to package the mini cakes and the packaging was thin cardboard that was falling apart and cakes were falling out. It was a total disaster and an embarrassment at our wedding. Plus she overcharged us for the cakes. We agreed upon a set price and Val did not honor it. She also charged for 20% gratuity for herself which was undeserving.
I have ordered two birthday cakes, different flavors and some cakecicles for my son’s birthday party, they all tasted delish!!!
The cakecicles were amazing i never thought it would be that good!!! Super fresh with great taste. She was nice and friendly too at the pick up. I ordered through insta, she made it easy and gave me a very clear details on how everything works overall.
